Please agree to the following (this document serves as our contract).

1. Your program starts on Monday April 13th

2. Payments made late and credit card declines are charged a $35 fee. You agree that RadRev may charge any credit card on file for you to collect late payments and credit card declines.

3. Cancellations a) I believe that commitment is a powerful force. No refunds are offered at any time for any reason. b) In case of a life-altering emergency, you may request to have your investment applied to other programs

Notice:

All requests regarding this agreement must be made in writing (email, fax, or letter) and you must receive a confirmation from RadRev that your request was received. Verbal/voicemail/text correspondence do not constitute adequate communication for any changes that need to be made.

Hold Harmless:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RadRev harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, costs, damages, penalties, and any other expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising directly or indirectly from either your actions or omissions, or your breach of any obligation imposed or sought to be imposed by this agreement.

RadRev will not be liable to you, or to anyone who may claim any right due to a relationship with you, for any actions or omissions by you or on the part of your employees or agents.

You will indemnify and hold RadRev harmless from any obligation, cost claim, judgment, attorneys' and legal fees, and attachments in any way connected with the services rendered under the terms for this agreement.

Dispute Resolution:

Dispute resolution shall first be attempted between you and RadRev. Unresolved disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in the county of Multnomah, Oregon, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The judgment upon award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Both parties shall bear costs of arbitration equally.Any waiver of any rights of RadRev under the terms of this agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver.
