I agree to the Terms of Below:

This program is a six month membership. Each active month is $222, or $1111 for the six months paid in full, until/unless the agreement comes to an end. For monthly payments, you will be billed automatically for each month. 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Radical Revelations harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, costs, damages, penalties, and any other expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising directly or indirectly from either your actions or omissions, or your breach of any obligation imposed or sought to be imposed by this agreement.

No refunds will be offered. Under extreme circumstances, unused membership fees can be applied to other products or services within Radical Revelations. Please email starr@radicalrevelations.com to discuss further.

Radical Revelations will not be liable to you, or to anyone who may claim any right due to a relationship with you, for any actions or omissions by you or on the part of your employees or agents. You will indemnify and hold Radical Revelations harmless from any obligation, cost claim, judgment, attorneys' and legal fees, and attachments in any way connected with the services rendered under the terms for this agreement.Dispute resolution shall first be attempted between you and Radical Revelations. Unresolved disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in the county of Clackamas, Oregon, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The judgment upon award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Both parties shall bear costs of arbitration equally.Any waiver of any rights of Radical Revelations under the terms of this agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver.

Starr Sheppard-Decker retains the right to remove anyone from this membership who is being disruptive or who is causing harm to other members.  If a member is removed for harm or non-compliance, no refunds will be offered.
